— The Dad

This was the second week of June on a Monday afternoon. It was less crowded than spring break, but be prepared to see lots of small kids and students out after classes in the early afternoon.

Shibuya

Did you know there are TWO Hachiko Statues in Shibuya?

By Shibuya Scramble. There was construction going on, so Shibuya ward decided to make it an enjoyable experience without the ugly mess in the back. How thoughtful!

This one is at the rooftop of Miyashita Park. There was no one!

After I left, the line got worse and doubled…

LOOK AT THIS LINE ON A MONDAY MORNING!

Bunny Eats Delivery

While the family was enjoying Shibuya Sky, I dashed to this popular donut shop called, “I am donut?”, got in line 10 minutes before opening and waited in queue for 20 minutes.

Mostly Japanese locals and a few Asian foreigners.

I anxiously grabbed whatever looked good.

Then grabbed the van and swooped the family as we headed to our next stop: Harajuku.

Some savory some sweet. Each donut is very small!

Harajuku

She loves bubble tea! I got her a bear bottle.

Look at this precious face!

Billy Neptune was our fortune teller that day. He is half American so I didn’t have to translate. Whew!

Got some insecurities? Need some answers? Talk it out here.

He gave some really good advice!

He picked this tarot card, which means “Live life” aka. “Happy wife = Happy life” right?

We should start a girl group

Shinjuku

Drinking and getting protein in the iconic Omoide Yokocho “Memory Lane” of the Post-war Showa Era.

Mini Photo Session! “Channel your Engagement Era…”

I love goofy Dad shots like this! His daughter was too cool lol

Thank you for all the memories <3 I hope to get a puppy one day, so you can walk my dog in Tokyo the next time you come!

I left a surprise for them at Kappabashi Kitchen Street for a mini scavenger hunt :) I wonder what it is!
